Salt takes soap to the next level in luxury. Salt can help to gently exfoliate your skin removing dead skin cells and leaving your skin glowing and super soft. Salt is known for its ability to hydrate, balance and detoxify the skin through the enriching minerals such as magnesium, potassium, iodine, calcium and zinc it contains.
The salt also contributes to a much harder, creamier, nourishing soap bar that will last longer than normal soap. Contrary to some beliefs, salt soap is NOT drying for your skin.
CARE OF YOUR SOAP
Please keep your soap dry in between use to ensure you get the most out of the bar. The drier it stays the longer it will last. A self draining soap dish is recommended. Please refer to our soap dishes for extra information.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Castor Oil - Full of wonderful fatty acids and triclycerides for your skin. Castor Oil shouldn't be a thing of the past especially when it comes to skin care. It is said to have humectant properties drawing in moisture to your skin helping to keep your skin hydrated.
Coconut Oil - Valued for it's fantastic cleansing properties in soap coconut oil has been used for centuries for a multitude of skin and hair benefits. Intensely hydrating when applied directly coconut oil is full wonderful fatty acids that our skin loves.
Australian Kaolin Clay- Kaolin clay has been found to have great detoxifying and stimulating effects for the skin and may help balance the skins oil production. Our Kaolin Clay is pure 100% organic. You can see and feel the mineral in our soap. Kaolin clay is known to be rich in “Kaolinite,” a type of fine grained mineral with a neutral pH and is rich in silica dioxide. It can help remove excess sebum from your face, clears the skin pores without stripping your skin of the natural oils that are essential to keep your skin moisturised.
