Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of your orders. The available options include:
- Standard Shipping: This method typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia and 10-15 business days for international shipments.
- Express Shipping: If you need your order expedited, we offer an express shipping option which delivers your items within 3-5 business days within Australia. Sorry we do not express ship overseas.
- Local Pickup: For customers in the Perth region, we provide the option to pick up your order from Attadale during our regular business hours.
Shipping costs: We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping within Australia for orders under $120.00. For orders over $120.00 we offer free shipping Australia-wide. Our apologies; we are unable to offer free shipping for international orders.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically processed within 1 business day. Custom or personalised orders may require additional processing times, and we will communicate any delays with you promptly.

We currently ship to various destinations. If you reside outside of Australia and wish to place an order, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
After we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS (if you provided one). This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
