Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, including a clear image of the packing slip and the product. The product must be returned to be eligible for a refund. Shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order receipt date. Return shipping cost is not included. Parcel protection and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact us at tracey@margaretrivermade.com.au outlining your order number, name & explaining why you are not happy with the product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) please email tracey@margaretrivermade.com.au if the item is defective, damaged please include images of the damaged items, the packaging it arrived in & the order number for our reference.
If you receive the wrong item, please email tracey@margaretrivermade.com.au
Please include images of the order & packaging it arrived in, including a clear image of the packing slip, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In order for us to action any missing items as quickly as possible, could you please take a photo of your order in the open box with the products as shipped, including the packing slip showing the order & product details so that way we can verify it in our databases & ensure your order is rectified correctly.
Once we receive the image & description of your order error via email tracey@margaretrivermade.com.au we will respond via email to let you know your new tracking details etc.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Sorry we don't offer an exchange of goods if you change your mind unless the product is unopened, in it's original condition and you email us to let us know within the 7 days. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of goods and the re-issue for the exchange of goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
ALLERGIES
Please note that we cannot predict any allergies you may have to our products. All our products are handmade with care. Allergies vary due to a variety of factors that are out of our control. If you have allergies or sensitive skin please consult your local doctor prior to purchasing our products and refer to individual ingredients to assess their compatability with your needs & conditions.
Please ensure you have read the ingredients prior to purchase. As allergies are out of our control as such we do not offer a refund for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
